New Community: Estates at Milton Crossing
A new community called Estates at Milton Crossing is on its way to the Milton area and we at The Julie Gritton Team are excited to update you on what opportunities this neighborhood has to offer. Estates at Milton Crossing is brought to you by Capstone Homes and will be located along Reynolds Road with close access to Coastal Highway Route 1. This planned community has 87 homesites that will be built over five phases and are approximately ½ an Acre each in size with most lots having extra open space behind them. Lots will have their own individual wells and gravity septic systems that have already been approved by the Department of Natural Resources (MacArthur, The Cape Gazette). Amenities will include a pool and bathhouse with sidewalks on one side of each street.
Capstone Homes was established in 2006 and is locally owned and operated. They allow for clients to customize their homes according to their wants and needs. When designing a home Capstone allows clients to pick a model and floor plan of their choice, finishes, and create changes accordingly to personalize each home. Capstone Homes have homeowners involved throughout the entire process including walk-throughs during the building process, the final walk-through when clients see their vision reach fruition, to closing.
The Estates at Milton Crossing is scheduled to have site work started for this summer and will be having a model home available for tours in the near future. Pricing and floor plans for this subdivision are not available at this time and will be released as soon as sales are open.
