Joshua Lively brings a wealth of experience, energy, and community spirit to the Lewes real estate market. A proud Philadelphia, PA native, Joshua has called Lewes home for the past six years. As a United States Navy veteran and successful entrepreneur with over 24 years of diverse business experience, he offers a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and business acumen to every client he serves.
Early in his career, Joshua made a name for himself as the CEO of Big Moves Ent., where he executive-produced several Philadelphia hip-hop artists, including Philadelphia Freeway and State Property. He also owned and operated a thriving recording studio for more than a decade. His entrepreneurial journey later led him into real estate, where he successfully flipped multiple rental properties and explored other business ventures with great success.
Outside of work, Joshua is passionate about fitness, health, and the outdoors. He enjoys spending time in nature and embracing an active lifestyle. He’s also a proud father of seven and a devoted husband to Renata Lively, owner of Lively Ladies LLC, a respected residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Delaware beaches since 2019.
Joshua and Renata instantly fell in love with the Lewes community and are proud to call it home. Now, as he embarks on his real estate career with The Julie Gritton Team at Coldwell Banker Premier, Joshua is excited to put his drive, dedication, and people-first approach to work—helping clients achieve their goals and enjoy a seamless real estate experience from start to finish.
