Leslie is also a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), a national certification recognizing her expertise in assisting clients with vacation properties, investment homes, and retirement destinations.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Leslie brings over 25 years of experience in federal service, specializing in analytics and customer service. Her career included part-time work as a licensed real estate agent in Maryland. Her professional background, combined with her educational credentials—a B.A. from The American University and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University—enable her to offer clients a thoughtful, strategic approach to real estate.
Leslie is also a certified Executive Federal Coach and enjoys sharing her love of learning with others.
Beyond real estate, Leslie is deeply engaged in her community. She is a member of the
Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Col. David Hall Chapter in Lewes; the Lewes Chamber of Commerce; and serves actively in her Homeowners Association. She values time spent with her beloved dog, practicing yoga, reading, and volunteering.
