Melissa is a full-time real estate agent and brings years of legal and customer service experience to the team. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and previously a Paralegal & a Military Real Estate Agent with AHRN. She is in the process of obtaining her CCIM designation (commercial real estate) and specializes in Commercial & Residential real estate.
Melissa lived for a few years in Kaiserslautern, Germany and Ft. Stewart, Georgia and then returned home to Lewes, DE. She volunteers for the Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs Project and supports/participates in other fundraisers and events for the community sponsored by Coldwell Banker.
Her goal is to provide all home buyers and sellers with professional, responsive and attentive real estate services and assist any client in the buying and selling process.
