Ruth Sivils has been a full time REALTOR for 20+ years and has been an Associate Broker since 2010. Ruth is a Certified Military Specialist and has helped numerous Military families with the sale and purchase of their homes. She has also been a top selling agent for several years with Coldwell Banker. She is a member of the Sussex County Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors and is a past president of the organization. She is also a member of Polka Dot Powerhouse and has also served on the SCAOR board of directors.
Ruth was born and raised in Levittown PA. and has lived in Tombstone, Las Vegas, and Tucson before settling in Milton Delaware. She has lived in the area for 16 years and loves living near the beach. In her spare time she loves to fish, play softball, travel and spend time with her hubby of 32 years Pete and her 2 dogs Charlie and Elvis.
Ruth is also active in the local Habitat for Humanity and has worked on several Women's Build over the years. She is currently getting ready to start a build in March and will be acting as a crew leader.
