Lennar’s latest new construction community in Lewes, DE is underway, with a few homes projected to be completed in March, April & May 2021. Minutes from Route 9 and Route 1, this community is centered near all major necessities. The HOA fees will be $170 a month and include trash/recycle, lawn maintenance/grass cutting, common area maintenance and access to amenities. Amenities for the community will include a pool, clubhouse and playground. The homes are to be from 1,800 to 3,000sq ft with one or two-story options.
